After having studied and worked the land of Santorini for 20 years we concluded in 2018 to bottle our expertise for the first time.
The idea of creating a wine came up naturally and we feel honoured to be part of such an extreme terroir by planting and growing the precious Assyrtiko vines.
Our grapes travelled from Santorini to Syros, where both vinification and bottling took place in the facilities of a fellow winemaker.
The result incorporates the enormous respect we have for this unique landscape.
